Our South Park house. Built in 1937 by the first Doctor in town. Dr. Rothman moved in 1960. The Kline family moved in & raised 5 children. In 1980 they sold to the Apostilicos, a family with two children. Mr. Apostilico ran an electrical trade school, & got promoted and moved East in 1983. That is when we moved in. We raised four children here. It was a great house, but now the children are grown and gone. The house is just too big. Tom and I have come to a point in our lives when we no longer wish to climb stairs, so we have moved on to a one level home on a small pond in Macomb Twp. We finally sold this home Short Sale. It was a long and arduous process with buyers qualifying, then not qualifying, buyers backing out, and even one couple backing out because they decided to get a divorce instead. At least it is finally no longer our home or house. Goodbye South Park.
Thanks, it is a necessity. We can no longer use a house this big and stairs are becoming a problem. Have moved on to smaller one floor home. A nice young family is what this home needs.
